The 2025 BMW X5 offers three powertrain options. The base model features a turbocharged I-6 engine that generates 375 horsepower. There is also a plug-in hybrid turbo I-6 producing 483 horsepower. The top powertrain is a twin-turbo V8 delivering 523 horsepower. For the X7, you can access the same 375-horsepower engine and 523-horsepower engine. Appearance
