Duties are to respond to internet customer inquiries, and ensure that we actualize maximum potential for internet clientele. You communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, e-mail, or in person. You have a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services. You will satisfy the transportation needs of internet-generated customers. You will direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet. You will assist clients in selecting a vehicle. You also understand the psychology of internet customers and work with customers accordingly to assist them with the proper vehicle or service. You check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
