    John "Chris" Gwinup first began his career in the luxury car business in 1996 with BMW.  A Nebraska native, John joined the Army at 18 and was selected for the prestigious 3rd US Infantry "The Old Guard"  at Ft. Myer Virginia.  He married Courtney, a native from McLean and moved to Italy to join the 3rd/325 Airborne combat team's rapid reaction force.  After sustaining a fractured thoracic vertebrae from a parachute accident, John was medically discharged from the military.  He now resides in Brambleton and enjoys rock concerts, gymnastics and horse shows with his four kids, bird Zak and wonderful wife.

While in Russia, I played Rugby professionally and was a captain of my team "Dynamo" for 3 years before moving to US. My father introduced me to BMWs with his first 525i when I was 9 years old.
